I bought a recovery strap from desert rat, are they good straps? I'm thinking they should do the job since they had a large assorment of straps for different vehicles and they seemed to know which one to give me right away. And they have also been around a while and I always see some big jeeps parked there.

 

I would trust them. Ive used desert rat multiple times and find that they are extremely helpful and are really geared toward customer service. They did have a large selection of unbranded straps, but they looked pretty good.

 

Looks like you guys must have a good desert rat up there, because down here, I wouldn't send my worst enemy to ours

 

It may just be that i work with the same guy every time im there. He helped me when smittybilt screwed up my seat covers 3 separate times and he got everything straightened out and kept me updated every step of the way

 

I've had pretty good luck with both locations. I know a lot of people complain about thier service, but I can only go by my experience and so far it's been good.

 

Yeah some guys were tool bags at the shop when I went there friday but the other set of guys were pretty awesome, then again I looked at the parking lot and maybe the other half of guys drove the H2 and the H3s?
