Default Good dealership in AZ for new Jeep purchase?

Am planning to buy a new Rubicon in 2-3 weeks. Can anyone recommend a dealership? I was looking at Superstition last week. I am out in Queen Creek, but would drive for a decent dealership.

Thanks!!
Bill

I got mine from Power also. The sales guys have a tad more knowledge than the other Dealers I went to including Superstition ( I will never go back there.) when you get to the finance department at Power their tools in my opinion. but overall a good experience. And Moore is where I have gone for service a few times and a great experience every time, and they have fresh donuts! Just my

York in Prescott and ******* in Scottsdale. For you, you'll probably get the best service/deal at *******. I do know that Dustin has recently joined Earnhart's in their aftermarket parts dept. so they may be considered a contender. I haven't purchased a jeep from Bill Luke because they've been too high priced, but they do have the best serice department in Phoenix. I use them exclusively for service.

Since I'm a manufacturer I know I'll get killed for this remark... but we purchase many vehicles per year (different brands & models of course), and I will NEVER purchase from Moore again. Moore taught me a valuable lesson... never buy strickly on price as you're probably not getting the deal you think you're getting. The service I've gotten from them has sucked, and I've got a tough time will a service department that doesn't return their phone calls. Moore is amoung the worst.

Default Give me your .02 Yates

Yates thats good to know! I got the free oil change package thrown in when I bought mine at Power. Their service department really pissed me off, so I started going to Moore. They have always been friendly, but I haven't had them do anything major either. Looking for your opinion; figuring you could probably tare down and reassemble a Jeep with a blind fold... Should I make the extra trek to Bill Luke in the future?

Bought mine at Power and thought the price was fair but I will badmouth them all day about the service after the sale - very poor. As someone else mentioned, the financing guys were misleading in the additional warranties, etc they were trying to sell me. Now that I know a little more, the Scottsdale Air park dealership is where I would start. Just do your homework before you go anywhere.

With Moore I've got some lame responses to mechanical issues because my jeep was "lifted". Even the "B" pillar noise issue when you hit a bump was my fault, because we put aftermarket parts on. The last straw was not honoring a lifetime warranty on an alarm system defect which they installed for $1500.

At Bill Luke they have warrantied a couple of items for me and not once have they complained about my jeep being lifted. I like the relationship I have with Don Luke... I don't buy vehicles from him, he doesn't buy lift kits or accessories from me. He does take care of me as a customer when I'm in his shop. I can't ask more than that.

If you have time you really should check out Bill Luke's facilities. They really have a first class service department and it may be worth the drive.

I know some of the fellas at Power, they are great fellas, but as a whole service sucks over there. From the fellas at Power, I was told their reject mechanics went to Moore because they couldnt hack it at power. From what I've been told from Power its the Service manager who is the biggest issue. Oh well, just will have to service her myself!

I know Camp refers a lot of people to Moore, but he had a falling out of some sort with the service department at power. Never been to the other dealer before(Bill Luke). Maybe I will mossy on down there next time.

Thanks for all the info. A-P in Scottsdale does not have the Rubi I am looking for in inventory, I guess they could do a dealer swap. Sup and Power do, Power lists discounted prices right on their website. My down payment $$ comes in Sept 1 and I am hoping Sept. will bring some end of 2010 rebates. It looks like right now dealerships are discounting Rubis 9% off of sticker. I bought a Liberty from Sup years ago, but did it thru the Fleet guy. It was quick and easy. Decisions, decisions...
