Default Grand canyon, Zion or St george trails

Hi guys, I am planning a trip from SoCal to flagstaff up through the Grand Canyon and over to Zion and back down St. George and then Vegas. I have been reading and even asked AAA for some info on trails that I can take my wife and 2 twelve year old boys on but haven't had much luck yet. We plan on going June 2nd - 10th and any info from local guys would be very greatly appreciated. My JK is on 37's with 4" lift, Terraflex 44 with RCV's in front and Currie D60 rear. Not looking for black diamond but also no fire road trails either. Any advice, links or videos would be very helpful.

TIA

For your St George portion of the trip contact Dixie 4 Wheel. Great staff, knowledgeable about the area and trails. With the crew you are taking you are most likely interested in adventure wheeling but, speak with the staff, specifically Bryce about what you would like to experience. Bryce knows the area like the back of his and and wheels it constantly. Most likely he will take you to Sand Hollow for anything mild to wild.
Torquerville falls is epic, especially if the river is running good.

Great people, great service. Most likely Bryce will take the day and show you around the area himself.

That place is on your way to the N. Rim of the grand canyon. EPIC and I mean EPIC views of the grand canyon. You also go through the town of Toroweap

The old Mojave road is quite fun. I did it on my own in a jkur with 35's and no lift, but it does have a couple technical parts. Downloaded the gpx file for it and did it in a day. One section was fenced different than the gpx in the very beginning, but I found the trail again on my or with a little work. I'd send you my gpx file, but I deleted it after I assumed I'd never be down that way again. There's also a book that explains the whole trail and sites along it to check out.

I just returned from a vacation trip to Grand Canyon (south rim) and Sedona. I was amazed by Sedona, Jeepy place with serious beauty. Sedona is just south of Flagstaff and worth a drive down 89A thru 179. I didn't have my Jeep (we flew in and out of Phx) but I'm already planning a return trip to hit some trails. Well worth a look if you have time for a side trip. Oh yeah, the Grand Canyon is cool!!!

Even my wife said she wished we had the Jeep on our trip. I was stuck driving a rental minivan with the inlaws.

Barlow Adventures :: Jeep Rentals, 4WD Training & Guided Trips :: Sedona, Rubicon, Moab can provide trail info.
