Maybe showing my age here a bit but I was busted for the same thing, minus the Mikes, about 17 years or so back. Had to visit the judge for "Disturbing the Peace and Inciting a Riot." I'm not sure how they figured I was inciting a riot when we were just hanging out in the parking lot with the stereo from my Nissan. Other than the embarrassment and hours waiting in the courtroom for my turn it ran me $25. At least I had enough sense to leave the engine running.

While never busted, I can remember getting pulled over by the Cops in Virginia Beach and being told to turn the music down and quit cruising the strip so much.
