I would imagine by the first week of April everything will be clear - as it is mostly now. They keep the highways, especially the interstates in pretty good shape - it's the upper elevation roads that aren't clear. I wish they would plow those earlier than June.

I hope your right about everything being open for April.

From what friends have told me that have ridden Rt50 on bikes, it's alot nicer road to ride than Rt70.....

Default just drove from Grand Junction to Canon City and back

Hi I just drove to canon city from grand junction via rt 50 and had no problem. They got a little bit of snow while we were in canon city but it was clear in the afternoon on Monarch Pass. Just keep an eye on the weather, but i wouldnt worry about it too much.

Thanks Grandjunktion, Good to hear. What kind of time did it take you to run from Cannon City to Grand Junktion ?

Really looking forward to running Rt50, A friend who ran it on his bike last year said it was very scenic.........

yeah, I have a 4WD F250 four door pulling my trailer with the JK.

the truck sucks in snow, It wont be fun pulling the trailer
