I can second Molly Darcy's! I have been going there for years and stay next door at Crescent Shores.

NMB is great! Everything is close, even walking distance. If you can, take your Jeep, it would be so worth it!

My girlfriends dad's side of the family lives in and around MB. Since they're local they always take us to great places to eat. If you find yourself out near Murrells inlet. Go to Tbones, I think that's the name. They have the best Ribs i've ever put in my mouth. On that same side of town is a place over in murrells inlet called spuds waterfront dining. It's got great food and great views of the inlet. Plus there is a cool boardwalk/nature walk area around the area. Another cool place to visit is peir 14. It's got on open, to the outside, bar up top. A restaurant in the second level. It was super relaxed last time I was there. There's a ton to do at boardwalk. A killer hibachi/sushi restaurant if I remember correctly.

My favorite thing I've done in MB is the helicopter tour. It's expensive, but totally worth it!


My next trip to the beach will either be at daytona for jeep beach in may, or I may opt to shoot for the outer banks in NC. Going to the beach and not being able to drive on it really sucks. I had a blast in Daytona back in the summer of 09. I bet I pulled out half a dozen people on the beach while I was there.. lol
