Would love to go, but just can't see the benefits to paying per person inside my own jeep. Maybe we can get a group to go on our own and enjoy a mini jeep jamboree.

Absolutely worth the money. We went last year and had a blast. Great event and very well planned and executed.

it's a little far of a drive and a little costly....BUT.... it's worth it!
we went way back in 1999, and had lots o' fun!!
i personally prefer kentucky or southern Ill b/c of the mud. the scenery is beautiful in the U.P. and on the water.
why you are paying per person is b/c everyone gets all meals. do you play the lottery? if so, think about this? at the last dinner you get a raffle ticket, and with that ticket you could win a winch,lift,tires,sunglasses, and a whole lotta great expensive stuff worth more than the price you paid to go to the jeep jam.
BONUS: i've made lots of awesome jeep friends to exchange pics, videos and emails with who have turned into life long friendships
do yourself a favor and go check it out. another bonus, you get to miss thursday and friday at work to go JEEPIN

We when last year and had a blast. Great guides!! Its a little pricey, but it was a great family vacation.
Only advise if you go, bring bug spray (the good stuff). Mosquitoes the size of small birds!!
Honestly, if you have never been to a jamboree, this one is great. We can't go this year, but would if we could.
