Has anyone gone to this event before? Does anyone want to meet somewhere, in Cadillac, and drive to the evnt together? I'm open to suggestions.

Any reason why this isn't in the Great Lakes event Calendar?

My bad!! Added it to the calendar today, Thanks for bringing it up.
Should be fun. Saturday at" Ellens Corners" in Mesick and Sunday at "Twisted Trails" in Copemish.

Saginaw... I am game... It would be cool to ride over as a group of JK's. I was thinking about the same thing. Maybe the JKer's meet somewhere for a later breakfast and then motor over to Mesick? Maybe you can get a lead from your brother on a good spot to grab breakfast in Cadillac, or between Cadillac and Mesik along 55 or something?

JKrubi07- could you keep a list on the first post about whom is planning on attending? Something like the following...

Attending
Covert_Ops
SaginawMike

Maybe Attending
?
?

Default Breakfast Spot

We could meet at the Frosty Cup Family Restaurant.
Great food, good prices and plenty of parking. They have both smoking and non-smoking sections.
I'm sure you've seen this place if you've been to Cadillac.
It's on the left as your heading north up 115 just across the street from the lake next to that big pond.

What time works for everyone?

Sorry, I should have done that for you earlier. I edited it a little to include this thread so more people could find the discussion.

Probably should be there by 8:00 or 8:30
Then an hour or so for a meet and greet and bfast (8:30 to 9:30)
Then to the event (9:30 to 10:00) Not sure if there is a check in or anything?
Blessing (11:00)

Sound Good? If so see you there.

I think it'd be cool if the JK'ers met up before hand, but i don't plan on showing up until about 10:30a Saturday. This will be my first event so I want to meet some people and check out their rigs. I'd also really like to do some trail riding on Saturday up there (I'm not ready for the master course) and I can't make it Sunday for the "official" ride. Anyone know of a good place to go in that area?

From what I have found out is there will be trail rides led by a couple of the folks from Sandy Corners, the masters course, mud pit, etc. So there should be something for everyone. Make sure you check out the Great Lakes Four Wheel Drive Association both. Good group.

If folks think it would be cool, we could stop a couple of places along the drive from Caddy to Mesick to catch the folks that are coming later?
