So you are going to block some campsites and then we would have 3 weeks to place our reservation w the park? So we would have to book it by about the 10th of June?
I guess block an RV site for me. I have a really big 5 th wheel so it needs an appropriate site for a 36 foot long 12.5 ft hi rig. 30 or 50 amp is fine. If you talk to them could you ask if they have parking for an additional 38 ft gooseneck?

I think this is gonna work out really well for us We're gonna look into camping. I wouldn't mind the Bed and Breakfast there, but I think camping will work out a lot better. Last thing is finding a dog sitter, and that shouldn't be too terribly hard.

Looks like Jedi, his dad, and myself are in! Plan on driving down Friday and back Monday. Can't wait to check out more of the place. I've been going thru all the pictures from the last trip. Hopefully the rain will be a little less this time.

There was a bunch of rain last season. I doubt there will be as much this year.

I'm working on a few guys from up here to go... Have no answers from them yet.
Right now, my plan is to go down on Fri. and come home Mon.... Still thinking about the cabin deal...
So this is down in RED ink on my calendar!!!!!!

How many cabins are available??? and what date do we have to commit for them???
Any possibility to get a group rate if we rent a few cabins as a group???

sorry guys i have ben on the road to NC over the weekend and monday just enjoying ourselves. i will call the campgrounds tomorrow and set up everything. i fly out for maui on thursday so i will post up tomorrow night the details. i am going to reserve 5 cabins and 6 rv sights and a section of the tent campgrounds prob 12 sights. we will have 3 rv sights left and 4 cabins. if you are planing on going post up tonight and i will check before i call tomorrow.

i will see if we can get a better deal but it will be based off how many spots we rent. so don't bale and please get in your reservation.

remember you can get a rv sight to camp in a tent and put up to two tents per sight for the same money and have power and water right there. i guess you could even crap down the septic hole if you wanted to lol. it is in the open area though. this will be closer to cabins and rv sights if you tent camp there. it is 1/4 of a mile away to the tent sights but private road to drive on.

i am looking forward to the run and glad to see alot of you planning on going.

Well, it looks like we may just have this worked out with a sitter and such.

I think it'll be camping for us, but not with the RV's, I want some shade and 1/4 mile is very walkable if it comes to that. I do like my

ok the sights are reserved. i have 5 cabins and 6 rv sights on reserve. the cabins fill up the quickest and sound very nice. i was misinformed about the showers and stuff. each cabin has a full bathroom with shower and then a small fridge and microwave stove, and 4 twin beds with air conditioning. you will need to bring your own dishes pots pans etc... as well as bedding to use.

i could not get a group discounT unless i was going to pay for all of the sights at once. i like you guys but not that much sorry. you will need to call in by the 20th of june to reserve these sights. if your tent camping there will most likely be plenty of sights and you will want to camp in the overflow area for the shade or take a rv sight and split it with someone else if shade is not a concern.

i will post this up with the information on the first page as well so it will be easy to find.
