I am considering running the JK this year...just a tad worried about beating the snot out of it.
I had mine there last year, in stock form. Thoroughly beat the snot out of it. (crushed exhaust, transmission crossmember, gash in driverside door) The wife said "better lift it before the next Jamboree". Needless to say, that was the first suggestion I ever took from her without arguing. I'll probably be up there again this year.

Now I am getting a bit worried. Which group did you go in? I think there is a group for stockers, right?

I think I was in the yellow group. It was one below the top group. There is a group for stockers too, but I wanted to push my jeep. It performed great, and everyone there left with a little more respect for JKs and Rubicons.

Yep, that was me....I was afraid near the end we were going to go the way of that Liberty that was ahead...

That must have been a long trip home.

Nice to see the older Jeeps still being used out there on the trails.

That's surreal....seeing my CJ...

My 11 year old daughter went with me, and had a blast. She's sitting next to me amazed someone took a photo!

Kind of funny. I went to the Blessing of the Jeeps yesterday and out of approx
683 Jeeps I got parked right next to it.
