yeah well the TJ that got stuck first went in slowly, so I figured if I hit it faster the momentum would carry me through the part he got stuck. It sounded like a good theory in my head but that mud was like cement. a quick prayer and the use of my jedi mind powers kept the water at bay! lol

A fool with a big set of balls had lady luck on his side that day! lol

I don't think it was that bad. the initial start into the water was because I had some speed and created a wave that went over the hood but once I got stuck u can see that the water level didn't reach the air intake. I luckily kept the engine running to keep water out of exhaust, avoided the clutch and waited to get pulled out. THen the drain plugs took care of the water that had accumulated at my feet. Then it was onto the next mudhole! which the rest of my convoy went around and I kept hitting them!

What can I say, I'm a healthy male. When I see a hole I want to attack it! lol

 

David, you are a total nut!
So awesome watching you launch into those mud holes.
Now I am gearing up for a snorkel for sure.
