Minnesota's ramble on and on thread.
Thanks for the offer! We packed up the dog and headed for the cities when the sleet started coming down. It was a loooong drive the roads sucked.

oohseven...what type of tires are you running? im running nittos trails grapplers and with my hard top on i hardly hear anything. only at low speeds with windows opens ( 20-40mph) is when i hear them the most, but at 65-70 mph they are pretty smooth and quiet..if i have the radio volume set to like 8 it flushes any road out there..hell even my blower and vent noise over powers any roise noise that my tires makes..
if you want you can take my jeep for a test drive this saturday to test it for yourself.

From you comments, I'm going to take it that you don't have any where near the noise problem I do. I will definitely take you up on the ride Saturday.
I'm running the Goodyear Duratrac's. I can tell you for sure it's not the tires. There was a very small increase in the noise level when I changes from Toyo all terrain's to these. The majority of the noise in wind noise from the soft top. At 70 mph you can barely make out the song on the radio at 18. To really listen to the radio you have to have it at like 22-25. It's nuts. As far as holding a converstation in the Jeep or a cell conversation, forget about it.

ok sounds good! will be taking The black Beauty in for a wash and vac... lol!!
before the meet .....she is over due for one anyways...way too much salt on the roads...
It's off of Radio Drive (also known as County Road 13) and 94 just east of the 494/694/94 junction in the Woobury area.
Exit 94 on Radio Drive.
Turn left on Radio Drive (heading north).
You'll see the Oakdale Village Shopping Center on the left as you go over the freeway.
At the first light (which I think is labeled 3rd street) turn left.
Turn right into the first drive way.
BWW's is in the opposite corner (Northeast) of the center.
I hope that helps
I was thinking it would be sort of cool to have a JK Forum flag on the Jeep so they stood out.
yeah i was thinking of doing that but by the time i thought of it..it was already too late to even order my stickers. but yeah ill be there about 1145 to get us a table ill try and park where there its open spots.. hopefully its not too busy saturday morning.
