i've been meaning to post something last week but i had to cool off before i did so. my JK's engine died! it was making all sorts of crazy noises. i stupidly drove it to the dealer (should've called chrysler to tow) and they said the motor is done. at some point it lost a lot of oil. so i've cooled off now enough to update you guys that i will be there but with a new engine! just got word from chrysler this week that it will be warrantied. they scared me last week, had me thinking it wasn't gonna be covered. i had oil receipts, took it to dealer, and waited...... three days later after wondering if i should call an attorney or call to order a Hemi, they told me the new engine got ordered Monday under warranty! THE MUDBOSS IS BACK BABY! ....well, she will be soon
i WILL be installing all my goodies this year too. so you guys that have seen the Mudboss will be seeing a new looking Mudboss

 

Thats good to hear. Maybe that big puddle that i saw you hit....Did that have anything to do with your engine going out

 

That is great news! The stealerships love to scare their owners with warranty issues. What dates are you in for? I will put you down when I hear.

 

And it will be back on the road by the end of next week.

Great a new engine to the mod list. The bummer is you have to go through breakin again

 

i thought about that, but it was a year ago. somehow i lost oil and the light didn't come on and warn me before it was too late. expensive lesson learned: check ur oil regularly!!!!!

 

Put me down for the August one. I should have my JK Rubi in by then (already ordered).

 

wow good to hear that the dealershit didnt try to get some CASH out of you. did you think of adding a pressure guage great thing to have
