I'm down in Orlando. I need to get my jeep back up north. we went wheeling here in florida today. All I can say is, we are very Lucky to have the badlands close by.

Some click-free pics from Saturday

Red trail action:

Ryan's poser shot:

I thought this was a cool shot, with Woodweavil's Jeep up on the hill behind me:

The fracking tires on this beast are as tall as my son!
This rock wall was merely a speed bump to him:

Taken fractions of a second before the rear axle went kablooey:

Somebody has pics of my Homer Simpson moment.
I'll hint that I violated 3 cardinal rules of Jeeping.
1. Never wheel alone.
2. Never take any trail for granted, no matter how easy it seems or how many times you've ridden it.
3. Never use your body to stop your Jeep from rolling over.

WHAT?!?!?!?

No pics from anyone else yet?

Come on, people!

Woodweavil, we took the orange trail slowly and monitored channel 8 for you and Dan to come back. Was Dan's problem bigger than a line popped out?

Dan blew a line off his tranny cooler and ran out of fluid at the entrance of the orange trail.
We came out of the woods to ATV hell and Dan got towed back to the parking lot.
We got his line re-seated (I think), but they didn't have any Chrysler ATF at the building. Woodweavil and Dan went to town for some fluid. We went back to the orange trail and never could raise Woodweavil on the radio. We don't know the status of Dan's Jeep. Scooter Scott was supposed to meet up with Woodweavil regarding a bumper.
