Is there a TeraFlex Dealer/Installer in Northern IL?

Thanks for the tip on turning the wheel all the way to the drivers side.

I have never tried to use a compressor, looks fairly simple. But with that being said, I will try it without it first and then utilize it as a last resort.

I just checked the UPS tracking site for my lift and it is in the 'Out for Delivery' status, my favorite status. Just in time for the weekend!

Thanks again to everyone for their tips. I was able to get about 99% of the kit installed Friday night. Everything went smoothly except for the fact that my kit was missing three bolts, 2 washers and 2 nuts from the shock adapter box.

I didn't go with the spring compressors and just opted to muscle them in myself. I was working alone and estimate the total install time took 6.5 hours.

I do have one question about the E-Brake bracket. Are most folks re-installing the old bracket or just leaving the bracket off all together? I was planning on just reusing the old bracket but I did notice how reusing the bracket could put stress on the E-Brake cables under extreme conditions.

Here are some pics:

Looks good I left my e brake hanger off it puts a bind on the cables. BTY look at your breather tubes and make sure you have slack to allow for articulation. Good job. looks great

My breather tube looks okay for normal street driving, but, yes I do see that it could use an extra couple inches. I believe there was a breather tube mod write-up that I need to take a look at.

Now I just need to continue my search for new rims and tires. The stock rubber looks pretty weak with the Jeep lifted. I really like the stock Rubicon package with the BFG's, but need to start looking a little harder now.

Iam still sporting the stock wheels with 37s. It looks great i my opinion. You could go up to 35s

Let it hang loose. That way you dont have to worry when you flex it out.

Makes sense. I will remove the bracket and the nuts from the studs and store them off.

Thanks again!
