What are you looking for.?

I find each part to be a specific search or place because i either need it quicker or need it cheaper (and slower)..

I was thinking if I could figure out the thread size of the two screws that hold the "1941" plate on the glove box grab handle, I could replace the left one with a standoff and mount a ram ball mount there for a GPS.

Shouldn't be in the way any more than the mounts I've seen off the right side of the radio

I would pull the screw out and see if a local hardware store has what you are looking for.

What are mounting off the ram ball? Edit ( i just figured it out by re-reading)

Tried good old ace hardware earlier. Results were inconclusive, it seems like a cross between a wood screw and sheet metal screw. Not the machine thread style I was hoping for. I know the approximate size but pitch I'm not sure of.

That's enough of screw talk for today lol.

I know what your saying about the goofy threads i went through the same with the rear brake light guards, i replaced them with stainless screws. I went one "visual" size up from what they were. It fit really good.

Good luck.. Where in S.E. WI are you?
