Looking to buy the ruger m77 hawkeye

I have a M77 in a .243 cal and it's a great rifle. It's what my dad bought my mom years ago so she could hunt and I learned to hunt with it. Accurate and durable. I killed a good number of whitetail with it (it didn't drop too many of them sadly). Great gun though, has been through a lot.

You can pickup a .338 Federal to help round out your .308 collection.

Lot of good advise here. I have this gun in .308 and .338. One for white tail and the other for Elk. A wonderful rifle. It's always preference when it comes to this stuff. Just practice your marksmanship and know your limits. Because if you are good, even a wimpy caliber like a .243 or .270 with kill every time! Just kidding!
