Default Completing an LS6 / TJ Build - Up

A big part of any all-out custom build is getting started: selecting and assembling the main components. Bigger still is completion - bringing everything together and making all the parts work together. That's what we were tasked to do with this extreme-green TJ build-up.

Critical specs:
LS6 Corvette crate motor
Turbo 400 Transmission
Atlas transfer case

Taking delivery of the Jeep

I think this is about 1/3rd of the parts...

We'll be using PSC hardware in the power steering assist:

The interior - started pretty bare. Note Poison Spyder's cage. Corrbeau seats added complete with harnesses.

The heart of the beast - still a lot to do but this aluminum Corvette motor should provide plenty of power.

(tight against the firewall)

Full custom exhaust in progress...

(muffler mock-up next to the atlas)

I'll try to keep this as up-to-date as possible.

Thanks!

This is what I should have done. Bought a f'd up TJ and went nuts.

That's a really cool build.

Just think, in a few years when our JK's are beat up then we can do something similar. Time to start searching for a motor and axles...

As promised, more pictures of Extreme Green.

Purple woven composite look for the center dash bezel:

More green!

Coilovers - I think we may swap the setup around a bit...

More detailed view of the motor:

The bezel from earlier installed - still a ways to go on the rest of the dash:

View from the rear, check out the backup light and carrier setup..

More pics to follow...

Holy loud neon jokermobile Batman...... seriously though, great looking rig. Definately looking well built, just a little too loud for me color wise.

That motor will give you a little power. Very nice setup as of now, I can't wait to see it completed.

Awesome work as always, though that color scheme is bit much for me
