Default JK springs on a TJ???

Has anyone done this? Do they fit? How much lift over a stock TJ? The reason I am asking is because somebody with a TJ wants my stock coil springs/shocks from my 2dr Rubi. I don't want to sell them something that won't work. Thanks.

As I understand it, they are totally different and will not fit.

I am pretty sure that the fronts will fit, it is the rears that are completely different. Also I measured my stock front springs on My JK, and a friend measured his stock TJ's and they both were around 17" IIRC. These were taken when the springs were out of the Jeeps.
