If you want to just change bulbs the Sylvania ZXE bulbs are the way to go. I've always done PIAA bulbs (unless hid) up until now and I can tell you the ZXE bulbs are brighter and whiter and way less money. PIAA bulbs run around $80 and the ZXE bulbs under $30.
