Default Slave cylinder removal

Hey guys how do you get the master cylinder out of the firewall? I already removed it from the transmission.

Any help would be great!

Thanks
Robert

Straight from my factory manual.

1. Raise vehicle
2. Remove fasteners attaching slave cylinder to clutch housing
3. Remove slave cylinder form clutch housing
4. disengage clutch fluid line from body clips
5. lower vehicle
6. make sure the cap is tight to avoid spillage
7. remove clutch master attaching nuts
8. disengage captured bushing from clutch master cylinder actuator from pivot pin to pedal arm
9. slide actuator off the pivot pin
10. disconnect clutch interlock safety switch wires
11.remove clutch hydraulic linkage through engine compartment

it also says that clutch master cylinder, slave cylinder and connecting line are serviced as an assembly only . components can not be overhauled or serviced seperatly Cylinders and connecting line are sealed units

Well I got under the Jeep yesterday and a bearing was laying on the ground. I assume it came from my tranny because I have a rear main seal leak and the transmission/bearing are covered in oil. So I am pulling my tranny as we speak. I got the starter, t-case, driveshafts, and I assume all the bolts from the transmisiion out. But it still wont come out!!! I dont know what I'm missing. Is there anything on top of the transmission that has to come off?
