Cool Going Topless?!: What is the craziest thing that happened to you?

As many of you know the 6th Annual Go TOPLESS Day is this Saturday May 18th. So I thought it would be fun to see if you've experienced any mishaps while running topless. Some of you might have seen this one before but really it's not anything too uncommon for a jeep to see and luckily our jeeps are pretty well designed to handle the rain.

However, recently while running topless & doorless something happened to me that I just thought was crazy!

Like some of you out there we like to thread lightly and so we carry trash bags in the backpocket of our front seats. Over the weekend I was running to meeting friends and driving about 45 MPH on a side road when I heard one of the bags make a sound like it had blown out of the jeep. Then within a fraction of a second the bag actually fell over my head. This had to be one of the funniest things you'll ever see especially if it happened to someone else (me) and the person didn't crash and die! Now it's your turn what type of mishap did you experience while running topless?

All I've gotten was where are your doors and roof? So I said "left them at the dealer because I couldn't afford them. But that's about it. Ohhh and when my jeep is dirty and I'm topless all I see is a bunch of dust and small trash flying out the back lol

Not too crazy, but I was asked if the Top was supposed to come off or if I had just cut it off...

got stuck installing some lights and needed to run home after it was done. the clouds started coming quick. then started raining on my way home. I was at a stop light and cop pulled up on a motorcycle and look at me and said I am glad you can share my pain. I look at him and said I drive a Jeep there is no pain. jeeplife =driving top less in the rain. loving life.

On Sunday I had the top and doors off, driving on an overpass in heavy traffic. The car next to me was gawking at the Jeep and... BAM. They ran into the car in front of them because traffic stopped suddenly. They were going about 15-20 mph and it crushed their front end. Felt bad for them.

You know with all the looks that we all get going topless & doorless I'm surprised that doesn't happen more often! Must have sucked for them!

I bought my JK in February, so I've anxiously been waiting to take the roof off. Last month, during a nice 60 degree day, I removed my freedom panels & took the long way home, driving along the seacoast. I must have driven under a flock of sea gulls that decided simultaneously take a dump. Both me and my interior were covered in bird crap.

Nothing really special that happened but I always enjoy the passengers' reactions when I wiper-wash the windshield.
