so recently i decided i wanted a cobra 29 instead of the small cb's everyone seems to be running these days but space is at a premium in the jk so i want to my local home depot. i bought a piece of galvanized unistrut from the electrical department and fabbed up a very sturdy mount that can stay in even when the top is off and its completely out of the way. I finally got around to spraying it down with duplicolor bedliner. hope you like it

i like it a lot. i use it a fair amount trying to avoid rush hour traffic around the city and also on trail runs. i have about a 10 mile range with my 3ft k40 antenna. No real complaints so far.
