FYI..
The "Off Road Ham Net" is officially registered with the American Radio Relay League (A.R.R.L.) for Wednesday nights 9:00 PM Eastern standard time AKA Tuesday mornings at 01:00 GMT. With the frequency on 40 meters/7.225 MHz Lower side band.
The "Off Road Ham Net" follows the gray line starting with most contacts starting on the East Coast with West Coast following.
Most evenings the net last a little over 2 hours.
One last tidbit of information is we run a program called " Net-Logger" for assistance.
This program not only shows what ham nets are currently running, it allows you to see who's in the net and who's up.. It also provide a chat window for one on one during the net as well.
Oh, and it's free to download at www.netlogger.org

Awesome!
Only issue for me is it coincides with my son's ice skating class (6pm PST).
It seems my wife will need to take him one of these days. ;-)
