Default Cb antemna wiring

I ordered the uniden 520xl, 3' firestick antenna, and the stud sprig and coax cable. I plan on making my own mount that will fit in the license plate. So my question is where should I run my coax? I am mounting my cb on my dash and just want to get it into the jeep without wiring hanging all over my body. Thanks for the help

Yep, what he said. If you're coming through the license plate frame, follow the factory wiring (and washer hose if you've got a hardtop).

Thanks for the help. Just one thing I want to clarify. So I know about the whole in the tailgate but is there a hole or something behind the license plate frame that would allow me to run the wire to it without having it all exposed across my tailgate?
