You really ought to take time and tune your antenna as well. Your putting your CB components at risk...

The act of bolting on the mount will provide a sufficient RF ground. There is no need to do anything further. It is often advisable to bond the rest of the vehicle together - i.e., run braided straps from tailgate to body tub, and bond the body bits to the chassis.
