Default CB & HAM installed in Center Console?

Has anyone tried installing either a HAM or CB radio IN the center console? How about both?

There is a company that sells a secure full console that will take a CB radio.

That looks like a Tuffy center console. Am I right?

Do you use the same antenna for both, or 2 different ones? I don't know anything about hams other than they taste great.

That looks nice! How do you use the mic? Just pinch it under the lid?

Wish they would have done like my dads Nitro and put a knotch in the side specifially for running wiring in and out of the console.

I have to admit that replacement console looks nice but MAN is it expensive.

I hang the mic out on the drivers side and close the top. It pinches a little, but doesn't cause any problems. I have considered notching the lid, but haven't felt the need just yet.
