Here's mine. Not pretty but functionable. I used water ressistant electrical 3m tape on the top of the holes.

Looks really good. Pretty much exactly what I had in mind. I might go with a speaker that has an ugly mesh grill or cover though, just so it looks too stock for prying eyes to take notice.

Did you just use sheet metal screws or something to mount them?

Yes, I used sheet metal screws and 1/4" spacers and rapped with 3m tape. The wiring runs under the metal bar on top of the plastic. Then it goes down behind the driver's side seat belt column and under the driver seat.

I mounted the CB on the drivers side of the center console. Ham radio is mounted under driver's seat with thee remote head unit on my daystar center dash.





I also have the Ham radio speaker out connected to my whelen PA - radio repeat with a mono Y splitter.
