I have a Midland CB with a PA. You need this and this. Works great.

JS i was digging in the write up section and found your bit for the actual radio. Nice set up.

For the speaker, just wondering where you got the bracket that you put there? Come with the speaker or what?

Yup, the bracket came with the speaker. The only problem is it gets _very_ hot there, and the rear of the speaker -- where it bolts on to that bracket -- is made of plastic. It eventually failed (in my hands, luckily). My father-in-law helped fab a new aluminum bracket that's working fine now. So, for anyone thinking of putting a speaker here; make sure there are no plastic bits. :-)
