Panavise PN 751052008 is for the new interior. Mine is sitting here next to my 75... Hung over from a gunbash... working up the will to get it all installed haha

I have an S-Biner with one spring removed so it's an open hook on one end and a spring loaded closure on the other. The closed end is hooked on the bar that locks the passenger sunvisor in place, leaving the open hook hanging down. I added a small D-ring to the cord on the Cobra 75 just below the mic and hook the d-ring over the open hook hanging from the sunvisor.. works great when you want it close at hand.
