Anyone know if they are still in business? Tried calling and emailing. Looking to pick up their ultra mount kit.

 

They were as of a few weeks ago. I ordered online and got email confirmation. I think they are a small shop, so you are not get 24 hour operators standing by.

 

I tried calling and it seems like a fax number. What mount did you go with?

 

Gate mount. Install is a breeze too.

I called as well to double check something after I ordered. I received an email in response to my question.

Seriously, I wouldn't sweat it. Mine shipped the next day or the day after.

Ordered my set up from them a couple of months back, they are small but still a great choice!

 

If they don't pickup it seems to revert to their fax line...

Don't sweat it, they make a great product, I recently bought their gate mount

+1 on everything said above me. I sent them an e-mail regarding their grounding strap and got a reply within a few hours. The person on the other end was very helpful. Good luck to you mate.

 

I got my set-up a few weeks ago and it worked just fine. The shipping from them took only 2 days. Very happy with them. I got the ultra mount. If you do get the ultra mount, just make sure you sand ALL the paint of at the back of the light for the ground, if not you will do this

 

No matter which kit you get sanding for the ground point can't be overstated!
