Ok so for a mount check out arizona Rocky road for a mount up near the mirror. For a CB i would go with a cobra 29 its a great all around CB and for other stuff you will need an antenna, Antenna mount and wire to go to CB from the mount. How do you plan on powering it Liter outlet or hard wired into the fuse box ?

Look at Northridge. You can buy package deals that come with everything you need for a JK. They include the brackets, antenna, wire and CB. They have a couple options to choose from, all are very complete and are free shipping.

I got a uniden bearcat cause mine was also a gift. I planned on having it visible and like the digital display. Lot if good features but a perhaps more radio than you need. Just an idea.

I had my power coming from the cigarette lighter outlet for a long time in my previous truck, and it worked ok. But connecting directly to the battery, you will have less static, and less wires visible... All in all a much better solution.
A previous post say go for the Cobra 29.. I agree 100%. It's an awesome radio.

For antennas and antenna mounts, there are too many options and opinions. Research this and other forums, and make up your own mind.
I have my antenna on a special mount in the roof rack, for max range. Others have them between the spare tire and the JK, with acceptable results, and less problems hitting branches....
I keep mine there too when in the woods.. The Arizona Rocky Road mount is a good options. If you don't care too much about range at all, you can even put it on a bumper. Some people do, and they are most often able to talk to their friends when on a trail together, despite that some say it's the completely wrong spot for an antenna.

Wherever you put it, have the SWR checked after mounting it, and make sure your SWR is WELL under 3, to avoid damaging your radio.
There is a thread on this forum about where to mount your antenna. A lot of good info there. But it's mostly about how important your range is... If it's not at all, pick your spot.
