Anyone using this rack to mount/secure a large CB? Can't find a lot of details about it. Does it come with a box? Details?

I have a cobra 29 LX and it is a huge radio, to big to be mounted on the side of the center console has it is now. Also would like it to be more secure with doors off.
Of course I'm looking at the Tuffy, but unclear on the box and how my model will mount in it.

 

I looked at all the options..and ended up going with a vector edock. I'm going to run the wires down project jk style and make a mount so the radio sits on top of the hoop... I have a big radio but want to upgrade to a magnum for size...

 

That a cool set up, but I have the Garmin trailguide on my dash.

I was looking at it today and was thinking it seems like the overhead rack will hang down to far and always be in view. Still not sure what the right answer is, besides a smaller radio.
