Just to add an update.
I went to Sedona and talked to North Dakota on 20M and while transmitting at 100W my sway bar light came back on... I dropped the power down to 60W (I think it was) or 70W.. and for the most part the RFI was gone. So although I thought my RFI at 100W was gone it's not. I was taking for several minutes before the sway bar light said hi ....... at 75mph.... so of course thinking is this going to disconnect or is it just lighting up, I reduced power... ended at 50W to finish the QSO and did a few more...

I plan to connect the body to the frame in more places and maybe even change the location of the HF-Ham antenna. this would require a mod to the stock bumper... no biggie... just not a high priority right now. 50W is doable for now.

I also want to do 5-6 loops through the bead vs the current 3 loops.

finally although the RFI is not gone it is better then day one.

isn't this HAM stuff fun.....
the war continues...

Thumbs up 100W on 20M... !

Update on my RFI.
20M looks to be fixed, added 4 more bonding straps, one bond strap on the rear left-just below tailgate (now there is one on each side in the rear), one on the left panel (just below driver door), and I ran another one next to the OEM strap from the engine to the frame, the OEM strap you can see through - what a joke IMO, and then one more bonding the tailgate on the hinge side (this makes two starps bonding the taligate on the hinge side). and I also found a made connector fitting... , which I am sure wasn't helping anything.

100W No RFI, 20M hamstick
A good day to test this out.. there's a contest.

things are looking better for 20M in the Jeep...

Good News. Like they say, "when in doubt, bond throughout".
