Default Spring and fireStick

Any one running a spring with there firestick antenna... Was just wondering if any one had a pic on how you rigged it up or if it is even possible. Thanks..

Don't have a pic but it is fairly straight forward. Remove the antenna from the coupling nut. Screw the spring into the coupling nut. Screw the antenna into the spring.

I think the FireStik is a 1/2" wrench size. The coupling nut and mounting bolt are 9/16" and 5/8".

All you need is a 3/8" 24 Thread antenna.

Yeah, I've got a spring on my Firestick. It was originally on my 'yota pick up that got trded in for the JK. I have to say I don't like the spring so much.......beats the hell outta the Jeep. especially when I'm on the trail. Just my humble opinion of course.
