SWR Meters?
Any big truck stop that sells CB gear should have one. You dont need anything special. All you are looking for is the amount of RF reflected back into the antenna.
Standing Wave Ratio Meter
Radio shack around here doesn't even carry CBs... I've checked like 3....
I did find this one though: http://www.walcottcb.com/sale-pdc1hs803pl-swr-meter-and-jumper-combo-pdc1-p-1248.html

The RadioShacks around where I live don't carry any either...probably need to special order it. That one that you found should work out just fine.
If the radio shack where you live doesn't have one order it online. Radio shack does have a website ya know. For the OP... yes there are different SWR meters. Make sure you get one in the HF band 2-30 MHz. A VHF or UHF swr meter will be way off and may tell you you are calibrated to a low VSWR when youre not. This will result in blowing you final transistor amp and possibly blowwing the whole tramsmit side of your CB.
