12 JKUR no start and code readers don't comunicate.
Like the title says. The jeep is new to me and I'm not impressed with the work the previous owner performed. I was able to connect and read codes that morning. I pulled the dash trim and the aftermarket radio loose to connect the GPS antenna, put it back and no start and can't connect to the computer to read codes. I've checked all connections I can see around the radio that I might have disturbed. I've also replaced the battery with no luck. Next thought was TIPM? Is there any way to test for a faulty TIPM or am I going in the wrong direction? Thanks!

More Info from Appcar DiagFCA
I finally got Appcar DiagFCA to run. The codes are as follows.
ABS module:
C 2202 original VIN mismatch/missing
U 0100 lost communication with ECM/PCM
U 140E implausible vehicle configuration data received
ORC module:
U 1414 implausible/missing ECU network configuration data
U 1415 implausible/missing vehicle configuration data
TCM module:
U 0100 lost communication with ECM/PCM
U 0164 lost communication with HVAC control module
U 110B lost engine coolant message
TIPMCGW Module:
B 162C left low beam control circuit high
B 1630 right low beam control circuit high
U 0100 lost communication with ECM/PCM
I've checked all fuses, disconnected battery for 30 minutes and reconnected with the key in the run position, checked grounds, swapped relays, verified the security works and its not a problem with the key and unplugged the sway bar. Nothing helps. I'm tempted to get a rebuilt TIPM and try that but hate throwing money at the wrong problem. ANY ideas are greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I think you’re in the right direction. However, there’s the tipm and the body control module that are the main brains of the system (as far as I know). There’s also the ecu but I doubt that’s your issue. Personally, if it were me, I’d find a trusted shop that has the high dollar computers that can pinpoint the faulty module. From there you can order and replace as necessary.

Update. I'm not getting any voltage to the small wire on the starter when the key is turned to start. Does anyone know where this wire goes to so I can test continuity and output from where it is attached? Thanks!

That CANBUS code is the big one U0100. Not sure if you pulled a CANBUS wire when you were near the radio? There is one going to radio, AC system and gauge cluster all under the dash. You should go take a look again to see if something got accidentally removed.
