Default 2011 amp/sub replacement problem

I decided that the factory(premium) subwoofer in 11 JK wasnt enough, i decided to swap it out with Kicker cvr8 and rf pbr300x1. I tapped into the wires back by the factory sub and ran those to my new amplifier, it has a line level input so no RCAs are needed, the problem is now, the amp turns on but the new sub is extremelly quiet. I tried adjusting the gain to avail. My question is do you think i have the input wires hooked correctly? I followed the diagram that says 1 ch gy/wt +/gr/wt - and 2 ch gy/br +/gr/br -. Like i said the amp turns on but maybe the polarities are wrong

the jeep's sub woofer wires are high level (amplified), are these connected to the high level input of the amp.
if so it could be phasing +- are reversed
try connecting one set of wires at a time to the amp switching +- to decide which sounds better.

The wires are connected to the high level input, i will try switching them around and see. And what i meant about the sub being quiet, the only way you know its actually working is by putting your hand on it and feeling it move. I found another post where the guy said the greens are + and the greys are -, but that isnt how the diagram reads.

I tried this and this what i found, when i just hooked up the Gr/Wh and Gy/Wt, the amp would come on, but wouldnt with the other wires. So i did a little multimetering of the input wires from the stock amp, and found that gr/Wh and gy/wt output equals .7 volts and the other equal .2 volts. Do you guys think that the one stock amplifier channel maybe fried? Should i just use the one input for both input for channels on the new amp?

I had a similar problem using a line out converter. I ended up calling the manufacturer of the loc and they told me I needed a different one and it was perfect. I believe my voltage measurements were the same as yours. Hopefully your amp manufacturer is as knowledgable as the people from PAC. Sorry I couldn't help more.

Does your factory sub still work? If you have the upgraded infinity system you can't use the speaker signal to run your sub. The speakers put out no bass just audio. There should be 4 subwoofer wires running to the sub just under the carpet at the rear wheel well. Or u can get them at the factory amp. Hope this pic helps!
