Default 2013 with fan blower noise

My unlimited rubicon is less than a week old, and this morning the fan (heater/ac) started to sound like a 2 stroke outboard... Anyone with the same issue?
It works fine, just making noise.
Might be a leaf..

Check the in cabin air filter. Drove me nuts trying to find what it was, finally found I had a torn filter.

You might just pull the glove box out and make sure nothing is stuck in the blower. If you open the glove box, you should just be able to pinch the tabs in the rear of it in and it will come right out allowing you to see behind it. I just took mine out for a different reason, but noticed some napkins and other crap that had fallen down behind it and blocking some of the air flow to the blower.

Mine started making noise years ago. After looking for the things mentioned above, I decided it was a problem with the motor.
Sure enough, the commutator and brushes needed dressing, and the brush holder was dirty with carbon dust.

Here are two pictures showing what it looked like before cleaning things up.
