Default 3rd Brake Light Solution Needed

I am removing the factory spare tire carrier and replacing with just a vent cover. However, I still want a 3rd brake lights. Any suggestions on how to configure that?

Although I kept my third brk light, added an adjustable momentary flasher , to just it, to WAKE UP those behind me,....However. To answer your question...I also added a $20 red and yellow led strip from Amazon and zip tied it to the c-pillar. Took those wires and ran them to the oem trailer hitch plug. Given the placement higher up. This provides additional red parking and braking light as well as yellow turn signal up high in conjunction with the oem red taillights. Works like a charm. Just an affordable option. Good luck
