Default 430n RHB with NAV retro fit in a 2012?

I have an opportunity to switch my RER standard radio with the connectivity group for the 2011 RHB 430n touch screen with nav but I don't know if it will fit. Does anyone have experience with this type of thing. Also is the lockpick system available for that unit?

i just upgraded my RES to an RBZ(touch - non nav) and it was plug-n-play with Sirius, UConnect, and iPod center console. I was looking at the 730, and I believe they told me I needed to purchase an RHR ucconect mic. Best $499 I have spent so far on a radio.

I wonder why the mic would be different? I guess I could pull the mic too.

Thanks for the help.
