Default adding off road lights

i'm about to purchase two more hella 500's(4 total) and i want to mount them to my congo cage. what do you think is the best way to mount? i won't be running a basket for a while. i'd prefer not to drill into the cage. i saw some mounts for a 3" tube bumper, but they are too big. and are 15 a piece. any suggestions?

Con Ferr makes a clamp on bracket for their baskets. I am not sure of the tubing dia but looks like it would work.

Default I made a light bar

I finally got back to this project. now the question is:

What is the best way to wire the 2nd pair of lights?

tap into the brights again?
tap into the running lights?
any suggestions are welcomed.

I covered the new bar with duplicolor rattle can liner. The rest of the congo cage is next.

Just wire them in on their own switch. Directly to battery. That way they dont come on when you are running your fogs.

I understand some people may want this for the look, but fog lights are designed for fog when you want the light low to the ground and wideley dispersed so you don't get all the light reflecting back into your eyes. If you wire so it comes on with the fogs then you lose this ability. Also in most states it would be illegal to have this set up tied into any fog or high beam setting. The best way for legal purposes is to just wire them straigt to the battery with their own switch, or wire in a switch so they can only come on when the brights are on, and the switch is on.

I concur.

My fogs are wired into my stock switch. I am currently looking into windshield lights that will come on another switch. I want the light but I dont want to drive around like that. One of my pet peeves is people who drive around with fogs on when it isnt foggy. The yellow ones are the worst.
