Exclamation After new bumper - fogs dont work and tire pressure warning

Installed my new MORE bumper today. When done, the fogs are not working. I plugged them back in and, if it matters, my headlights and turn signals work fine. I have no idea what it is... Also, i have thw yellow "!" now and it says low tire pressure (i believe). Any help with these would be greatly appreciated. I dont know much about electrical so i dont know if the same wires that go to the headlights/turn signals go to fogs. Dont know if i need to do a "battery pull." i dont know which fuses to check or how to test if the wires are " hot" or not. Basically i dont know how to do any typical basic checks. With some help and guidance ill report back what i can. Thanks everyone!

The first thing that comes to mind is if the new bumper is grounded good to the frame. That being said I have not messed with the fogs and don't know if they have a dedicated negative cable. It certainly would not hurt anything to disconnect the positive cable from the battery and see if that resolves the problem. The red cable is the positive and there is a + on top of the battery. Sorry if that seems too elementary but your statements led me to believe it should be clear which one is positive. I am new to the Jeep electrical system but in older automotive electrical systems only the hot wire (+) was supplied and the other side of the circuit was grounded. If you didn't have a good ground your lights didn't work.

There was no ground wire. Just plugs into the fogs.

Nope. Just unplug and plug back in.
