Just FYI - the Canadian models with DRL do not have a second harness. All DRL is just a lower voltage applied to the high beam side of the lamp. Lights run dim and voila.

Hi
I'm in Dubai and have found the same loose connector behind my JKU 2012 headlights. Did anyone find out what they are for?
