As anyone wired up their lights to 2 switches, one for the left light and one for the right light. Was placing the order for my lights and bought an extra switch for later use and the the thought just came to me. Wire them both up now...

Any thoughts other than... Why

 

I've seen people have lights on their roof rack to shine to the left and right for alley lights (to set up camp, etc)

Other than that, never seen it.
