Heated Seat kit help
My girlfriend got me the Mopar Heated Seat kit from Check Corp for my 2010 Sahara JKU for Christmas. I've read alot of threads on the kit and seem to have noticed the switch pad the kit comes with isn't the highest of quality. I've read enough complaints of the switch shorting out from moisture and armor-all to convince me to purchase the aftermarket kit Check Corp offers. $70 plus shipping...
I have the Daystar lower dash panel with the netting, so I'm not planning on mounting the switches there. I've seen them mounted in the change tray on the console but I'm not too crazy about that idea. I've heard you can't mount the switches on the console behind the shifter if you have an automatic (I do). If anyone has done suggestions of where they mounted the switches I'd appreciate the advice.
