Please quit lying about cost of a dealer flash. I paid less than $60, and so have most. Rarely I hear of someone getting taken advantage of and pay $110. I have never heard of anyone paying $180. Enough with the misinformation.

The +$600 price for the AEV kit hurts me to look at. A lockpick will give you 2 cameras, video/camera in motion and more, with a cheap camera you'll get more for a bit less.

I just bought the lockpic pro, hitch mount, and camera for under $400 total. Would have got the lockpic air but the new iPhones are locked out so it was pointless. Navtools is a joke. I have found so much negative stuff about them they should be banned. They are banned on dozens of other forums already. I will post pics when i get it installed!

Is your back up camera powered by the reverse light or constant on?

I might run it to be on with the Jeep (rather than reverse) so I can select the camera to be on whenever I need (particularly for off-road use). The Pioneer HU is nice in making it easy to switch between two cameras. Also, you can leave it in camera mode and the last selected camera view will come on at start.
