Move your antenna. It's above the passenger front seat. Aftermarket soft tops kill the signal and sometimes the hard top will cause problems.

Where do you suggest? There is no place to put an aftermarket antenna.

Move it wherever you want. Aftermarket antennas wont work.... but the stock one can be placed anywhere really. Heck I even previously suggested making a magnet base for it since the bottom of the antenna is just some plastic holding in a bolt. Some people have moved it to the grill on the hood in front of the windshield (between the wipers).

Mounting it down low like that will not make a difference. Needs to be higher.

Higher is better, but as I stated... its where others have moved it and with great success in reception.
The main issue with the antenna in the rollbar is the hard top and some aftermarket soft tops as well as the expedition roof racks causing a squirrel cage effect.
