Default Cigarette lighter problem

I am a smoker. It is hard as hell to light a smoke with the top down. Yesterday, I bought a cheap lighter from auto zone. Yesterday afternoon and a this morning I have lit a total of 6 cigarettes. This morning it stopped working. I tried the lighter in another vehicle and the lighter works. I pluged my cell phone charger into the lighter outlet in the jeep and nothing. Have I blown a fuse or fried the lighter all together. I am work today and thought I would get some hints as to what might be wrong before I tinker with it this weekend. thanks for your help!

was the key turned to ACC or on? If not there is the problem, lighter plug is keyed, power outlet(on the right side) is not, that one is always on. Other than that, I don't know.

Vehicle was on and nothing. I knew that the left one was keyed so I left it on while doing my quick test.

My guess is a fuse as well. Check the owners manual, it should tell you which one is for the power outlets.
