2007 Jeep rubicon - Cranked and all dash lights came on. Backed out of parking spot and decided to turn it off and back on in hopes it would stop as I've had random lights coming on before. When I tried crank it back up NOTHING - it wouldnt even try to start and all lights were on in dash

 

First checks are whether battery connections are clean and tight. Next, the health of the battery. Problems with either of these would cause your symptoms.
